The art of camouflage

Mousetrapper showed us a list of blind spots that we patzers are prone to.
This one wasn't on his list:


Field A and B have exactly the same grey-value.

    Hmmm, not exactly on my screen. But if I dim it down, yes, I know what you mean. BTW translate this to evaluation of positions in chess as we patzers do it: over-optimistic versus over-pessimistic. So it is your big tournament today? Good luck, and stay sitting at your board!
